Kids Playhouse DIY Makeover

After a couple of years of having the playhouse it had faded, the wood started to chip and our dog decided the bite parts of it. Needless to say, it was looking a little sad. Before spending money buying a new one I wanted to try and give it a makeover. It turned out better than I imagined.

Here's house to do a DIY Playhouse makeover on a budget. I went to Lowes, got the paint, small paint rollers, paint brushes, and a wood sanding sponge. I had to do a lot of sanding since my dog had done quite some damage to the house.

The floor tile is from Ikea as well as the plant pots. The "number" at Lowes, I used gorilla glue to put it on rather than drilling holes on the wood, it has held up so far. The lantern is from Target.
